The association Nicexpo confirms the cancellation of the 76th edition of the Nice International Fair, a decision made by the Prefect of the Alpes-Maritimes under the precautionary principle.
Unfortunately, such an event cannot be rescheduled. The organizers are already setting a date for March 2021.
The cancellation of this event is not without consequence for the region’s economy and the 500 registered exhibitors: it is estimated that in addition to over 100,000 visitors, 60,000 quotes and contracts are signed or transferred during and after the Fair, representing more than 28 million euros in revenue.
