He managed to put his resources and networks at the service of the struggles of his life: the fight against AIDS, the battle for equal rights, the appreciation and sharing of the arts.
He was strongly committed to the introduction of marriage equality.
As head of Sidaction since 1996, alongside Line Renaud, he led a tireless political fight against AIDS.
