“MIN EN FรTE” aims to introduce the public to high-quality products (fruits, dried fruits, vegetables, plants, flowers, local products, Italian and Spanish specialties) marketed at the MIN of Nice and the numerous companies stationed there, free of charge.
A new feature for this fifth edition is that the exhibitors, some of whom come from different regions of France, will all be gathered under a large 3,000 m2 tent.
In addition to all the aforementioned products, institutions such as the Alpes Maritimes General Council will be present.
SOMINICE, which manages the MIN of NICE, will have two booths: one institutional and the other focused on all the selective sorting actions carried out by the MIN of NICE over the past year.
An area named “Alpes Maritimes Gourmandes” will be featured in this fifth edition. Visitors will be able to discover various Bellet wines, goat and cow cheeses from our high and middle country, award-winning oleic products from the Agriculture Show in Paris, and all our early produce, much envied in France and abroad.
The Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee, which includes 2,500 sports clubs and over 220,000 members in the Alpes-Maritimes, will bring its dynamism over more than 5,000 m2 in the Hall of Flowers, as well as outdoors, and will offer free initiations and sports demonstrations performed by high-level athletes.

“LES MIN EN FรTE” is an opportunity to meet, over more than 50,000 m2, the producers and wholesalers of fruits, vegetables, flowers, and food products.
Private collections of antique tractors and both old and modern agricultural equipment will be even more prominently featured this year.
Road Safety will also be involved to teach young people the basic rules of road and safety codes, on a secure circuit that will welcome bicycles, in partnership with Maรฏf.
The MIN has not forgotten the children! They have concocted surprises for them with inflatable play structures and games, as well as traditional wooden games, and this year, a super trampoline.
The Agricultural Craftsmanship Space will remain dynamic with presentations of woodturning, wicker basket making, demonstrations of mattress making, and a spectacular “lavender water” production using an ancestral still, not to mention the delicate Angora goats of Valรฉrie Fiorot who will demonstrate spinning “Brin de Laine”.
The “Nice Riding Club” will be present in partnership, for the first time, with the French Equestrian Federation. Pony and horse rides will be offered to children.
Coming from the fields to make themselves known to city people, various farm animals will be present, including poultry, chicks, and Angora goats.
The Chamber of Agriculture, led by Michel Dessus, will also be present on a large 50 m2 stand and will talk about the professions in agriculture.
On a prestigious stand, Nice Qualitรฉ Plus and the Wholesale Flower Union will present rare flowers, new varieties, and their expertise during demonstrations.
Founded in 1991, Nice Qualitรฉ Plus is an interprofessional association aimed at promoting high-quality cut flowers produced in the Nice region. It brings together horticulturists, wholesale shippers, and florists.
Nice Qualitรฉ Plus has created their brand and registered their logo, which allows professionals to quickly identify a flower produced in our region that meets quality criteria outlined in a specification that each member commits to respecting.
For these two days, the MIN of Nice will become a space for local gastronomy. Visitors will be able to discover the true flavor of Niรงois dishes such as Socca, Pan Bagnat, Salade Niรงoise, which will be part of the festival, along with many other surprises.
Welcome to the Scouts and Guides of France. They will play a very important role during the event: helping visitors carry their packages! There are about fifteen of them, all around 16 years old and all volunteers, so let’s at least thank them with a smile!
