The Nice Thiers post office, the largest in the department, reopened its doors on Thursday, January 26, after 4 months of renovations.
Initially, it is the entirely renovated and reimagined public space, designed as the “Customer Service Area” concept, that will be accessible.
The end of January will be used to create offices for financial advisors and the management in the rotunda (which was previously used as temporary premises during the renovation of the public hall).
The construction work at the Nice Thiers post office will be completely finished on February 17.
The Nice Thiers post office is the 28th establishment in Alpes-Maritimes to offer its clients this new layout concept, which notably allows for a significant reduction in waiting times.
It represents an investment of €1.9 million for the La Poste brand in Alpes-Maritimes.
