This weekend, the little prince of the Bay of Angels, Fabio Quartararo, became the first French rider at 22 to win the Moto GP World Championship title.
Mayor Christian Estrosi announced it last Monday on RMC Sport: “Nice will celebrate its champion today, tomorrow, and in the weeks to come as it should.” And that’s the case!
Today in the Azurian capital, the city’s transport is celebrating the first French Moto GP World Champion. The trams of Line 1 in Nice were seen bearing a poster paying tribute to “El Diablo” and his historic title.
The city will continue actions to celebrate Fabio Quartararo in the following days and weeks. It is already known, thanks to the Mayor, that a “massive welcome” will be given to him when the young 22-year-old prodigy returns to his hometown.
