After the towns of Saint-Paul, Tourrette-Levens, Saint-Martin-Vésubie, Auron, Tende, Puget-Théniers, and Villefranche-sur-Mer, the towns of Cagnes-sur-Mer, Menton, and Mougins will welcome the authors who make up this literary caravan. These meetings are free of charge. The program is available online on the website www.cg06.fr, and a brochure is distributed in the town halls and tourist offices of the hosting communities of the “Nuits des Écrivains” and neighboring areas.
On the program:
– from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM: meet with Vladimir Fédorovski, punctuated by readings by Stéphane Mélis,
– 5:30 PM: book signing sessions,
– 6:00 PM: literary café debates and roundtable discussions, hosted by Patrice Zehr. The authors (*) present their books in the form of interviews and answer questions from the public,
– 7:00 PM: jazz concert by the ZIG-ZAG duo,
– 9:00 PM: dance performance “Escale” by the Compagnie Antipodes,
– from 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM: public readings by Stéphane Mélis.
Let us remember that the “Nuits des Écrivains,” which will take place until July 28th, are part of the Summer Evenings by the general council and aim to offer residents and tourists the opportunity to meet writers and exchange dreams and reflections on the magical power of words.
