At the Mipim in Cannes, Christian Estrosi presented two new real estate projects led by Bouygues Immobilier.

These two projects aim to make the development of Nice and the metropolis increasingly “virtuous,” according to the mayor of Nice. They are part of the metropolis’s ambition to reconcile ecology and economy in the west of Nice.

This first real estate program, designed by three different architectural firms (Comte & Vollenweider, Stéphane Fernandez, and KOZ), will be located on the north bank of the University park.

Its 20,000 m² of space will be divided into three distinct buildings. The first building will include 135 residences, the second will consist of 155 student housing units ranging from studios to T2. Finally, the last building will be composed of offices. Thus, shops, local services, and even R&D laboratories will be established there.

This future building aims to be sustainable and responsible, and various shops and activities will be installed on the ground floor.
