The park spreads over 15 hectares on the Saint Philippe hill, in the former agricultural estate of the dโ€™Estienne dโ€™Orves family, a testimony to a landscape and essences characteristic of the hills of Nice. This park includes an olive grove with a surface of 5.4 hectares, containing more than 400 olive trees. The olive grove is maintained by the workers of the ESAT of Cantaron.

Maintenance includes the pruning of the trees, the harvesting of the olives, bottling after crushing in a traditional mill, as well as the various successive stages of corking, labeling, and boxing. The production is distributed during events throughout the year.
