The Olive Festival, which will take place on Sunday, July 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Villa Barbary (Carros village).
From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. > Activities: craft stalls and local products, free tasting of brissauda, quiz, olive tree pruning demonstration.
10:00 a.m. > Parade of the “l’Olivado de Provence” brotherhood, accompanied by the folkloric group Lei Bigaradié, among the stalls and then through the village streets to the church.
11:00 a.m. > Mass at Saint-Claude Church
12:30 p.m. > Blessing of an olive tree, which will be planted in the park’s olive grove.

6:00 p.m. > Awards ceremony for the olive oil contest
6:30 p.m. > Apéro-opera in the amphitheater: concert of lyrical songs performed by artists Bernard Imbert, baritone, and Amy Blake, soprano, accompanied on the piano by Catherine Cambéroni (Opus association)
