Visitors will have the opportunity to explore different aspects of olive cultivation. Pruning demonstrations will be organized throughout the day, accompanied by advice on the maintenance of this tree. Experts will participate in conferences to share their knowledge on the planting and treatment of olive trees.
Tastings and workshops to better understand olive oil
Gastronomy enthusiasts will be able to taste PDO olive oils from Nice and the Alpes-Maritimes. A market will offer olive tree plants, citrus fruits, seasonal vegetables, and artisanal products. A food truck will serve local specialties.
