“Coming to Pathé Lingostière cinema ensures a moment of relaxation and conviviality. Besides the laughter and emotions guaranteed by the movies on display, viewers can fully enjoy a fun and friendly venue of impressive dimensions, with new offerings: a bar to meet before the screening or share a drink after the film, a Häagen Dazs shop for the sweet-toothed, and a new area for interactive video games (15 platforms),” presents Robert Gatin, Director of Pathé Nice cinemas.
“Additionally, Pathé Lingostière hosts professional events in dedicated spaces where companies benefit from the cinema’s projection technology as well as private lounges,” he continues.
With a total area of 10,000 m2, the renovation work was carried out by RTA Renaud Tarazzi – Architects & Associated for the cinema design and by the company NACO for interior architecture. All rooms and public areas are autonomously accessible for the disabled.
Pathé Lingostière cinema achieved over 990,000 admissions in 2009, a record since its opening in December 1999.
The company employs 32 people internally and engages 8 people through subcontractors.
With its thirteen screens, Pathé Lingostière cinema has 2,812 seats. About 200 different films, mainly in French, are shown annually, and over 350 weekly screenings are offered to the public.
