On Sunday, June 23, 2024, at 4 PM, Nice will embrace the colors of diversity with the Pink Parade 2024. This iconic event, eagerly awaited each year, will start at the Port of Nice, Place Île de Beauté, and will continue with a series of festivities.

For twenty years, the Pink Parade has colored the month of July in Nice. More than just a march, it also celebrates diversity: gays, bisexuals, trans people, and LGBT allies gather for this festival. It is a call for respect for each person’s sexuality, the freedom to love without barriers, access to assisted reproduction for lesbians, the defense of same-sex parent families, and the reform of blood donation policies.

The Course of the Pink Parade

The procession will start at 4 PM from the Port of Nice. Participants will pass through several key points of the city: Quai Lunel, Quai Rauba Capeu, Quai des États-Unis, and the Promenade des Anglais.

A highlight of the parade will be the unfolding of the Rainbow Flag and a minute of silence in front of the Palais de la Méditerranée, symbolizing respect and remembrance of past struggles. Then, the procession will continue toward the Negresco before returning to the south side of the Promenade des Anglais and arriving at the Théâtre de Verdure.

The arrival at the Théâtre de Verdure will mark the beginning of the Pink Party, a festive celebration hosted by DJs. Headlining, Bilal Hassani will set the stage on fire, promising a colorful evening. Prepare your most beautiful colorful outfits for a memorable night.
