This Thursday, over 23,000 Christmas-flavored meals will be served to schoolchildren in the canteens of the City of Nice.
On the menu:
Warm goat cheese toast, heart of lettuce, honey vinaigrette, salmon terrine with chestnut mushroom sauce, wild rice, cinnamon-dusted butternut cubes, artisan vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and gingerbread, clementine, and a chocolate Santa Claus. All entirely prepared by Chef Ratatouille!
Friday will be the turn of the 224 traffic grandparents—who ensure the safety of the children at the school entrances and exits throughout the year—who will also get to enjoy the Christmas meal at their assigned school.
