The opening hours of the Maison des Associations are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The sports practiced include judo, dance, ping-pong, climbing, rock’n’roll dance, yoga, ballroom dancing, etc… There are also cooking classes taught by Mrs. Graglia from La Capelina d’or.

The city of Nice decided to build the Maison des Associations to help neighborhood associations. The aim is to create similar homes throughout the city and along the tramway circuit so that they are at the heart of the neighborhoods. The inhabitants of St Roch can thus practice sports or engage in art near their homes.

What are the projects for schools?

“As part of the events, a call to all schools has been launched for the Astronomy Week. Projects will allow, for example, to build and launch rockets,” says Guy Maurin, who is the Director of Associative Life in Nice.

This morning taught us a lot of things: getting to know the Maison des Associations in our neighborhood, understanding the work of its director, and acting like journalists.
