The Prom’ Classic, which was supposed to take place on January 9th, was canceled by the City of Nice and the prefecture due to the worsening health situation. Although a postponement was planned, no date has been announced so far.

The organizers of the race announced on Facebook that the race will indeed take place, and they invite you to join them on Sunday, April 3rd.
As a reminder, the Prom’ Classic is the early-year sporting event in Nice, consisting of a 10km race along the Promenade des Anglais. Open to everyone from the age of 16, it is suitable for both seasoned and amateur runners. There are two events: the timed 10 km and the non-timed one.
The organization specifies that the 2022 registration will be automatically carried over to April 3rd, with no additional steps required. However, for those who wish to get a refund if the date does not suit them, they need to fill out a form before February 6th.
If new runners wish to register, they will have to wait until February 6th, after the organization knows the number of withdrawals and consequently the number of available spots.
