The President of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, Renaud MUSELIER, has presented the region’s candidacy to host the headquarters of the permanent secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean (PA-UfM) in
Marseille.
To give new impetus to Mediterranean cooperation, I fully intend to rely on the permanent secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean. I have the support of French state institutions, and I am confident,” commented Renaud Muselier.
Two other cities are candidates. The announcement of the results is expected in January 2018.
