On this occasion, a study on the attractiveness of living areas in the Alpes-Maritimes, conducted by Jestimo, will be presented.
FNAIM Côte d’Azur has entrusted the company Jestimo with a study on the attractiveness of living areas in the Alpes-Maritimes. Thirty cities in the department, corresponding to the INSEE classification of living areas, were analyzed through 15 components of quality of life, including accessibility, transportation, education, housing, social relationships, safety, etc. The result of this survey aims to provide support both to property owners wishing to sell a property and to prospective buyers, offering them assistance in decision-making.
