The hotel’s commitment to preventing discrimination,
equal opportunities, and promoting diversity in human resources management
has just been recognized
with the Afnor “Diversity Label”.


blu.jpg Launched in December 2008 at the initiative of the President of the
Republic, this distinction highlights a comprehensive approach.

The awarding of the “Diversity Label”, valid for 3 years, certifies that the Radisson Blu Hotel Nice has implemented an exclusion prevention system covering all facets of HR management, from recruitment (job postings, selections, interviews…) to career development (promotions, training…) embedded in a personal progress approach.

Lionel Servant, General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel Nice, states that he is “proud to be pioneers and drivers in the fight against all forms of discrimination. Obtaining the ‘Diversity Label’ will enable us to share our values with the entire profession.”
