The regional orchestra of Cannes presents its new classical generation.

Latest News

Gold medalist at the 1970 Mitropoulos Competition, Philippe Bender has always given significant platform to artists from the new classical scene. This approach remains relevant today as the audience for classical music continues to diversify. Listeners of these symphonic performances, as well as the artists, are increasingly responsive to the more “modern” performances by musicians. This new breeze is something the general public may like to explore in a rich program. Darrell Ang, a conductor and winner of the international competition for young conductors in 2007, will be one of the guests.
