For over 30 years, this club with a strong identity, presided over for the past 4 years by Joël Ghirardi, former Deputy Mayor of Nice, has been the top club in terms of the number of members. It maintains the tradition of the “Lyonnaise” in its games.
Today, the “St Isidore” club takes the name “Jean Sassone,” in tribute to the man who was notably the Municipal Councilor delegated to social action and senior citizen affairs (1977-1983) and Deputy Mayor for communal affairs, markets, trade, and industry (1989-1995).
