A commendable initiative worth mentioning: The Reynaud company and the volunteers from the MIR association have come together to prepare meals and distribute them to the less fortunate.
The fresh fish producer and distributor, based at the MIN in Nice, has wanted to partner with the MIR association for over 6 months now. On a voluntary basis, employees (during their working hours) have joined the volunteers to prepare and distribute nearly 300 meals, made exclusively with fresh products.
Throughout the winter, twice a week, and three times a week in the summer, meals are distributed during rounds. Supervised by the MIR association, located in lโArianne, this initiative helps to “break down the hierarchical barrier” between employees and directors. Everyone is invited to help.
The distribution starts on Avenue XV Corps and continues on Avenue Malaussena, often finishing around 9:30 PM, when no food is left.
The Reynaud company donates between 30 and 50 kilos of fish, ready to be prepared, every Friday. It deserves applause because small gestures go hand in hand with a big heart.
