Seventh edition for an eagerly anticipated student event of the year, this Thursday, March 20. This event, characterized by sports, solidarity, and community spirit, aims to bring together the entire university community: students and staff.
The students have been eagerly awaiting it all year, and now it’s finally here! FACE 06 and the student unions are organizing the seventh edition of the Ronde des Facs this Thursday, March 20 on the Promenade des Anglais, from 11 AM to 5 PM.
This event is part of a policy to promote sports at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.
This means 2,500 students passionately defending their colors against the other UNS campuses! After the victory of the Valrose campus yellows last year, who will win the final showdown this year in this 3.5-kilometer foot race from Ferber (starting at 2 PM) to the Théâtre de Verdure, under the sun of the Promenade?
But beyond its sports, solidarity, and community spirit, the Ronde des Facs is above all a big celebration every year that motivates nearly 2,500 students!
Everything is set for each participant to have a memorable day. Finally, each student is invited to attend the Night of Campuses on the same evening at 11:30 PM at the High Club, for the biggest student party of the year-end.
Anna SANTAMANS, double French Champion in the 50m freestyle in both short course and long course in 2013 and a third-year LEA student, is the godmother of this 7th edition.
