As part of the International Market for Real Estate Professionals, the MIPIM-2013, in Cannes, the hockey club “The Hockey Legends” will play a series of friendly matches with French clubs at the Jean Bouin Ice Rink in Nice.
The team of Hockey Legends consists of 40 Russian players who have participated and won several world championships, Olympic games… Some of them played in the NHL just a few years ago. These exceptional players will be at the Jean Bouin Ice Rink in Nice for 3 days.
The team of Nice Veterans will participate in this tournament. On this occasion, Tomas Banas and Pascal Margerit will lace up their skates again!
The club “The Hockey Legends” had already played in Nice in 2009 and managed to capture the interest of French hockey enthusiasts. This time the “Legends” will meet the veteran teams of the “Paris Hockey Club” and the Nice team, a “MIPM selection”, composed of MIPIM participants, will also play a match.
The prevailing rules for veteran teams will be applied during these friendly matches at the “Jean Bouin” sports complex in Nice.

This tournament aims to support the construction of the largest ice sports palace in Russia, “The Arena of Legends”, in Moscow, which will be inaugurated in the third quarter of 2014.
