February 7th – Safer Internet Day: The Grade 4 students of Jeanne de France School receive training sessions on the dangers of the Internet
The School Environment Prevention Service of the Municipal Police regularly intervenes in primary school classes in the city of Nice to carry out awareness actions for children in various areas: road safety (cyclist license, pedestrian license, road safety trophy), introduction to first aid, delinquency prevention (school violence, dangerous activities…).
The objective of this type of intervention: to promote responsible behavior among children, develop their sense of individual responsibility, teach them to ensure their own safety, etc.
Last year, more than 700 Grade 4 students benefited from training sessions on this theme, provided by agents of the School Environment Prevention Service.
