In partnership with the Nice Academy and the Turing Space, the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis is organizing the 6th edition of the TICE Day on the Saint Jean dโAngรฉly campus, on November 29, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This day will be marked by the presence of numerous educational partners and socio-economic players involved in the development of the use of digital technologies in education.
This 6th edition offers the opportunity to take stock or to discover, through feedback and practical workshops, how the use of TICE can improve the acquisition of knowledge and skills of students and thus, in the long run, enhance the quality of the education provided by teachers.
The University of Nice Sophia Antipolis has positioned the development of the use of TICE as one of the main pillars of its educational policy. The Council for Studies and University Life has voted for the University’s membership in the TICE Grand Sud labeling consortium and is working on a university diploma project “Pedagogical Design and Technical Implementation of Distance Learning – FAD.” The objective is to recognize and enhance the work and skills of teachers interested and invested in these educational projects.
