On the occasion of Sainte Fleur, the patron saint of florists and horticulturists, Nice was the scene of numerous religious events, concerts, and other activities.
This grand festival of scents and colors highlights the floral professions; the local floral tradition, which is an integral part of Nice’s heritage, was held over the weekend.
It was an opportunity to promote the work of horticulturists and florists, whose expertise is one of the facets of our region’s economic history.
Numerous trade associations, neighborhood committees, and OCAN participated in the event’s activities.
At Gauthier Square, volunteer florists distributed flowers to visitors and passersby.
