The 2C School (Second Chance) received a visit yesterday from the President of the Region, Arnaud Muselier, accompanied by Christian Estrosi, and was welcomed by Dominique Estrosi-Sassone, president of the managing association, on the occasion of the diploma awarding ceremony for the first cohort.
This institution, supported by the Region, complements the work of the MetropoleNCA and the City of Nice in the field of social and professional integration: the Local Mission, the Carros CFA, and soon the Southern Campus of Trades.
Thanks to this institution, young people aged 15 to 25 who have left the school system without qualifications have the opportunity to discover their potential and build a life plan.
Renaud Muselier took the opportunity to confirm that the Region will continue to fully assume its responsibility in terms of professional training, with a commitment of over 100 million euros each year.
โAt the heart of this policy, the Second Chance Schools are a true helping hand to assist our young people in finding or regaining the path to employment and social integration,โ declared Renaud Muselier during his visit, accompanied by Christian Estrosi, mayor of Nice, and welcomed by Dominique Estrosi-Sassone, president of the association managing the professional training institution.
