A new step has been made towards coherent and balanced urban planning between the East and West of the city with the inauguration of the “Megarama” Cinema in Saint-Jean-d’Angely.

This complex, covering 4,577 square meters, offers an innovative and substantial selection of previously unreleased films. It will have 10 cinema halls and can host approximately 1,500 spectators simultaneously. By offering 2 halls dedicated to “Art and Experimental” cinema, this new facility will also complete the offerings in this segment.

While the campus is oriented towards innovation, digital technology, and sustainable development in the heart of living and leisure spaces at Nice Méridia, the Pasteur and Saint-Jean d’Angély campuses are focused on health and the humanities, integrated into a quality urban project centered around the university and optimal public transport connections.

In this dynamic context, the Nice Saint Jean d’Angely project, designed by the In Situ architecture agency and the operator ADIM, includes a multiplex cinema, social and private housing, shops and restaurants, as well as a 360-space park-and-ride for Lignes d’Azur, reinforcing the emergence of this vibrant student center.
