This training consists of an intensive workshop on the theme: “The Short Film: Rewriting and Preparation for Filmmaking.”
Six candidates, from Nice or residing in one of the communes of Nice Côte d’Azur, were selected based on projects submitted last September and will thus be able to benefit from this training without financial cost.
This professional workshop includes individual consultations with a screenwriter, directed work hours, collective writing workshop hours, and interventions by technicians, directors, chief operators, producers… totaling 80 hours of training.
At the same time, the public will be able to attend film screenings at the Cinémathèque, organized as part of this workshop. The films will be presented by a professional, such as Michelle Humbert, a critic and teacher specializing in film analysis, and followed by a discussion-debate with the public and workshop participants.
