From December 19 to 21, the short film festival, the Shortest Day, takes over all venues: cinemas, schools, media libraries, public institutions, associations, various cultural places, festivals, both in France and internationally!

In Nice, organized by the Short Film Agency, the Shortest Day aims to honor creation, encourage distribution, and create a connection with audiences, bringing together all programming initiatives.

It is a moment for discovering the diversity of short films, with fiction films, documentaries, experimental works, and animated films. The Shortest Day is a popular, participatory festival.

For the 4th consecutive year, the association Héliotrope is participating in this initiative by coordinating and supporting all the structures in the region to set up their own event.
