Unicil, the social enterprise for housing within the Action Logement group, is evolving its organization by establishing a territorial branch in Nice Méridia, the first in a development program planned over the next two years.
At Nice Méridia, in the heart of a dynamic and developing neighborhood, Unicil is opening its first branch in the Alpes-Maritimes at the beginning of this year. Created over 70 years ago, the social housing provider is implementing a new organization with the primary aim of enhancing synergy with the territories of the Sud Region, as well as maintaining a direct connection with its tenants and all local partners. For this purpose, with more than 800 housing units in the department, including 265 in Nice to date, Unicil has decided to establish a branch with a dedicated team.

A New Stage in Regional Development
Known and appreciated for its close management, Unicil is evolving its organization and consolidating various areas of expertise within this new Nice branch. This new foothold in the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes aims to support the development of diverse and balanced housing while meeting the needs of the territory and employees.
Being the first of its kind, the opening of this branch foreshadows the future organization into four sectors, each to have its branch by the end of 2022: like the Alpes-Maritimes, Provence Alpes will have a branch in Aix-en-Provence, Provence Littoral in Marseille, and the Var in Toulon. Its dynamic property development, carried with the commitment of the Action Logement group, places Unicil among the leading real estate investors in the Sud Region.
