Located in the heart of the urban technopole Nice Mรฉridia and the Eco-Valley, on a 24,200 mยฒ site, the Campus Sud des Mรฉtiers will open in September 2021 to welcome over 2,000 apprentices from CAP to engineering school starting in 2022.
This Campus aims to meet the needs of businesses by offering training connected to local jobs and adapted to future professions.
They will be focused on major fields such as ecomobility, banking, commerce, sales and customer relations, digital technologies, maritime trades, engineering and energy performance, pharmaceutical health and personal services, gastronomy trades, tourism, etc.
Under the responsibility of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with a cost of 84 million euros, of which 24.4 million euros were covered by the Region Sud and 4.4 million euros by the NCA Metropolis and the City of Nice, this campus, which also plans for 148 housing units, will be an attraction hub for students and top schools.
During the field visit to verify the state-of-the-art, Renaud Muselier and Christian Estrosi emphasized their perfect understanding of this project and stated, โThe NCA Metropolis and Region Sud are working in complementarity to develop training useful to the economic development of our territory, in historical fields like tourism and strategic fields of excellence like AI or health.โ
