“Ageing well” is a challenge that requires supporting elderly people as closely as possible to their needs and expectations, ensuring their health, participation in social life, and daily fulfillment.
This is why the Department, in line with the objectives of the Gerontological Scheme, is pursuing an ambitious policy aimed at seniors in the Azur region, and has decided to organize a new event that will take place from April 7 to June 3 in the communities of Antibes, Grasse, Mandelieu-La Napoule, Menton, and Nice.
It aims to offer an additional range of activities as part of the “Seniors in Action” program to meet the wishes of an ever-growing number of seniors.
Thus, the Department will offer seniors in the Alpes-Maritimes region, aged 55 and over, who are enrolled in the “Seniors in Action” program, tickets to free concerts, including a major department-wide closing event scheduled for Sunday, June 3, at the Nikaïa Palace.
