For this ninth edition of the Etoiles de Mougins, a high-quality program with exceptional guests is planned.
This Friday
10 AM: THE LARGEST BRIGADE IN THE WORLD. Day dedicated to children from the elementary schools of Mougins.
Demonstrations, discovery workshops initiated by some of the great chefs of the moment. Creation on-site of a pie over 100 meters long. More than 700 children are participating in this special day.
4 PM: At Espace Roger Vergé: Demonstration by Philippe Conticini, La Pâtisserie des Rêves, Paris
6:30 PM: Media Platform: Official inauguration of the Festival. Tribute to Philippe Conticini in the presence of Christelle Brua, guest of honor, and the chefs and pastry chefs of the edition.

10 AM: Competition Space: Competition reserved for Amateurs on the theme of Pastry.
3 PM: Competition Space: Finale of the Chefs’ Rally
