The Stars of Mougins: the Gastronomy Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary

Latest News

A dash of imagination, a pinch of perseverance, lots of boldness and passion have made Les Étoiles de Mougins an International Gastronomy Festival that now stands as a reference in the global gastronomic scene and celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2015!

A tribute to Roger Vergé – the 5-star chef of the Moulin de Mougins who has recently left us and for whom the Festival was created in 2006 – will be paid in the presence of Denise, his wife and the sponsor of this edition.

More than 150 chefs from five continents, demonstrations, workshops, a fireworks display of activities, a live bistro, concerts with Food Truck, and chef happenings, 5 competitions (young chef – bartenders – young sommelier – chocolate sculptures…), exceptional personalities, an international Chef Rally, photo exhibitions, small producers attending this year in force, a literary café, book signings, conferences, debates, a day dedicated to children… What a program!

For this tenth anniversary edition, Les Étoiles de Mougins have invited to their table a prestigious lineup composed of the honorary guests from previous years: expected attendees include Denise Vergé, Eric Fréchon, Frédéric Anton, Christelle Brua, Gérald Passédat, Marc Veyrat, Christian Willers, Emile Jung and many others…

Delegations of great foreign chefs from 5 continents are announced, with a strong presence of American and Brazilian chefs.

Since 2006, the old village of Mougins has hosted Les Étoiles de Mougins. Its squares, ancestral alleyways, and mythical sites frequented by the greatest artists are staged to promote this exceptional heritage for the occasion.

10 years later, 25,000 people will once again visit the village during these days of gastronomic festivities… three days entirely dedicated to cuisine!
