Tramway line 3 will connect Terminal 2 of Nice airport to Saint-Isidore station and the Allianz Riviera stadium, representing a total investment of €64.9 million excluding taxes, in 2013 values.

However, as 95% of the funding is still missing, the usual financial partners for Public Transport on Dedicated Lanes operations, notably the General Council and the Regional Council, will be approached again.

This line 3 will further develop public transportation on the North-South axis of the Eco Valley.

Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice, President of the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur, said: “By committing to the financing of line 3, the State recognizes the importance of this project.”
