The Administrative Court of Appeal of Marseille concluded to dismiss the appeal of the environmental association CAPRE06 regarding the request for annulment of the strategic and operational project (PSO) of the public development agency (EPA) NICE ÉCOVALLÉE.
It ruled that the PSO is not a binding document and therefore cannot be subject to an appeal.
Notwithstanding this judgment, the EPA respects the concerns of the associations it regularly consults in the context of its voluntary consultation approach, conducted notably within the Permanent Consultation Committee (CPC).
