Glow Up Your Wardrobe, the student clothing swap event, will take place this Saturday, October 15, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM at the Maison de l’Étudiant.
This event is organized by the City of Nice and its partners (the CFA, local associations such as Pearls and Fashion, Fiertée Portée, the FAM school, Palmiers high school, and VnB Vauban). Join us at the Maison de l’Étudiant at 5 Boulevard François Mitterrand to take advantage of this clothing swap aimed at and by young people. The event will have a relaxed atmosphere with numerous activities, topped off with music from DJ Salah Rezzak.
Here is the day’s schedule:
- 10:00 AM: doors open.
- From 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM: “up-cycling” workshops to modernize and organize clothing.
- 11:00 AM: fashion show featuring creations by students from Palmiers high school, styled by CFA apprentices.
- 4:00 PM: fashion show showcasing local Nice designers.
- 5:30 PM: closing.
