รric Ciotti was present at the Asian Arts Museum to officially launch the 17th edition of the Summer Evenings by the General Council. During his speech, the President of the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes reflected on the importance of culture, particularly in Nice.

On the forecourt of the Asian Arts Museum, the people of the French Riviera gathered in large numbers to attend the launch of the General Council’s Summer Evenings. When รric Ciotti stepped up to the stage, alongside other elected officials of the General Council, he was applauded by the crowd.
Before beginning his speech, รric Ciotti was keen to commemorate the memory of three people. Didier Rochette, who led the Culture Service of the General Council, pianist Brigitte Engerer, and organist Jacques Taddei were all honored by the President of the General Council.
The Summer Evenings are very important to the deputy. ” Above all, it’s the triumph of art ,” he proclaimed. With a platform supportive of the cultural cause, the President of the General Council was not taking much of a risk.
A summer marked by culture
รric Ciotti then went on to outline some of the evenings that, starting from June 28, will mark the summer on the French Riviera. The deputy presented about twenty events in several communes of the Cรดte d’Azur. Apologizing for not being able to announce all 477 events taking place in our department.
รric Ciotti also reminded how important culture was to him and his General Council. “The General Council has provided 1.5 million euros for the Summer Evenings,” he stated.
Those passionate about culture can rest assured; to attend these concerts, theater plays, or other events, they won’t have to spend anything. All cultural events organized by the Summer Evenings are free. You just have to choose.
