On Thursday, June 13 and Friday, June 14, the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes and the Nice Cรดte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry are organizing the 1st 3D virtual recruitment fair, Talents Handicap 06, aimed at recruiting and reintegrating employees with disabilities into the workforce.
The innovative technology used and the originality of this approach have brought together the main institutional partners working towards the employment of people with disabilities and mobilized a large number of companies.

It is a generalist fair aimed at all employers, regardless of their size and sector (large groups, SMEs, public organizationsโฆ) and covers all types of employment (permanent, fixed-term, apprenticeship, seasonal, internshipโฆ) with a focus on both local and national candidates, facilitating geographical mobility, access for candidates with degrees or those currently employed looking for new opportunities.
A particularly innovative approach, the Talents Handicap 06 virtual fair uses innovative 3D technology on the Internet to illustrate and stage the meeting between candidates and recruiters, approximating the realism and effectiveness of physical fairs. It offers a high level of communication and interactivity in real-time. It is simple, intuitive, and fun, with no software to download.
