A table with local colors will be set in the canteens. A tasting of products from the Nice region will be offered to the children by staff in traditional costumes. Among the specialties on the menu: ravioli with tomato sauce, ratatouille, pistou soup, gratinated Swiss chard à la Niçoise, daube à la Niçoise, and pissaladière.

In the multi-care facilities and family daycare sectors of the city, the youngest will participate in activities focused on the taste and colors of food: painting and cutting out fruits and vegetables, discovering autumn fruits, themed menus, collage, and salt dough workshops…

The goal of this week: to develop the education and learning of the young consumer while having fun, to promote eating behaviors that fall within a balanced lifestyle.
