With their team, this culinary duo plays with refined, traditional, and original dishes, of quality and at accessible prices. Chef, what do you recommend? “A pressing of caramelized potatoes with duck foie gras or a pot of guinea fowl with Jerusalem artichoke and morel cream.”
And for dessert? “A speculoos panna cotta or a chocolate mousse with red fruits.” But, might I say, it all sounds mouth-wateringly delicious!
