The event returns for a sixth edition in the streets of Nice on September 21, 22, and 23.
Get ready for great deals in Nice’s shopping streets as the Grande Braderie de Nice returns. The commercial operation is organized by the municipality with the aim of “supporting local trade.” Thus, the city of Nice offers merchants the opportunity to occupy the sidewalks for free for three days.
A hundred businesses are joining in the fun. The event stretches from the Nice Airport to the port with a strong concentration of great deals in the city center around Avenue Jean Mรฉdecin. An interactive map to find participants is available on the city of Nice’s website.
The majority of participants are ready-to-wear stores for women, men, and children. You can find major brands such as Superdry, Catimini, Le Comptoir des Cotonniers, Devred, as well as dozens of small boutiques.
But it’s not just clothes, shoes, and accessories to shop for; the Grande Braderie de Nice is also open to restaurateurs, hoteliers, cafรฉ owners, and bakers. Culture is not forgotten, with bookstores like Alfa BD, AFK Manga, or Nice Papeterie, and the record store EVRLST.INC joining in.
The Grand Jeu Nice Shopping
The Grand Jeu Nice Shopping will animate the braderie once again. More than 10,000 euros worth of gifts are up for grabs. Gift cards, pairs of sunglasses, gym sessions, dinners for two, cooking classes, decorative items and lighting, bike outfits and accessories, and Tourist Passes, the prizes are diverse and varied.
To participate in the game, spot the hostesses and giant totems and scan the QR code. The organizers invite the general public to different neighborhoods of the city each day: Thursday, September 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Libรฉration, Friday, September 22 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Place Garibaldi, and Saturday, September 23 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Place Massรฉna.
