The Transvésubienne is getting a makeover and stretches over two days: the first stage connects Nice – Baie des Anges to Roquebillière, in Haute Vésubie, in an “Enduro Rally” format, with two timed sections representative of the race’s spirit, and a second stage La Colmiane – Nice largely following the historic route.
Scheduled for May 14 and 15.
The Classic – ULTRA TRANS
1988 saw the birth of the first edition of this now iconic event. A mountain bike race linking La Colmiane to Nice via extremely technical and challenging trails which, at the time, seemed impossible due to the underdeveloped equipment. Even today, completing the approximately 100 km of this legendary race is not for everyone, and earning the status of Finisher requires rigorous training!
The Trans’Enduro: For those who only want to race on Saturday, the “Trans’Enduro” offers a fantastic day of riding with two timed sections connecting Nice’s Promenade des Anglais to Haute Vésubie! The TRANS 50: a format offering the chance to race only on Sunday, on a shortened course, perfect for those absent on Saturday and those wanting to gently attempt their first experience of the Transvésubienne.
Open to E-MTBs The E-BIKE SERIES: Staying modern, since 2012, the Transvésubienne has featured an E-MTB category. Electric bike enthusiasts can also enter into the legend by participating in the two days of racing! The ranking once again includes the TANDEM and FATBIKE categories this year!
