The UNICE Foundation, with the support of the Randstad Interim Group, the Lions Club District Cรดte d’Azur Corse, and Mrs. Carmen Guigou, is organizing the 2nd edition of the “Equal Opportunities” scholarship awards this Tuesday, December 18, to recognize the exceptional merit of students from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis who have achieved positive academic results despite difficult personal circumstances.
Encouraging Equal Opportunities
For the past 2 years, the UNICE Foundation has been mobilizing to promote the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis as an essential tool for fundraising and creating new partnerships with the stakeholders of our region.
The funds raised directly finance projects originating from the various components of UNS, which aim to facilitate professional integration, promote business creation projects, increase the number of research scholarships, and scholarships for academic excellence, and make education accessible to more and more students, especially the most vulnerable.
Alongside the UNICE Foundation, the Randstad group and the Lions Clubs of Frรฉjus Roquebrune in Provence, Nice Imperial, Nice Victory, and Antibes Juan Les Pins, have contributed this year to the cause for students suffering from social insecurity, illness, or disability.
The generosity of UNICE Foundation donors will allow 15 scholarships of โฌ1,000 to be awarded this year.
