The Vœu Festival is a tradition in Nice that celebrates its 180th anniversary this year.
On this occasion, the City of Nice offers on June 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2012, events and celebrations organized in the Church of the Vœu and on its square: concerts, plays, mass… which will culminate with the inauguration of the first phase of the Coulée Verte.

6:30 PM Thanksgiving with the penitents’ brotherhoods
8:00 PM Choreography “La Fête du Vœu” by the Coalescence association
9:15 PM Play “La Roda Vira” by the troupe Les Bastian Countrari
Saturday, June 2nd
6:00 PM Sacred music concert with the Choirs of the Nice Opera and the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Giulio Magnanini (free entry subject to availability)

Renewal of the Vœu by Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice, in the presence of the Penitents’ Brotherhoods and with the participation of the Beuil Choir directed by Monsieur Patrice Bernart.
11:45 AM Inauguration of the first phase of the Coulée Verte by Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice.
Musical entertainment and friendly drink with the participation of the Ciamada Nissarda, Nice la Belle, Lou Caireu Niçart, the Corou de Berra, and the Cercle de la Capelina d’Or.
