“Front and center,” taste puts on a show one week a year for 20 years now so that taste becomes an everyday story, for everyone. We have a taste for presenting ourselves well, for dressing well, a taste for decorating our little home, so why not excite our taste buds with the taste of good things, often simple, little tricks to enhance a dish and when it comes to little tricks, TDN knows all about it!
“Taste for Everyone” during the week of October 10 to 18, 2009, a real battle,
a week of awareness with spicy and friendly operations, gatherings of professionals around a kitchen table!
The recipe is simple, a lot of goodwill conveying the idea that taste “must be made of variety, richness, surprise”– that’s us, completely! Taste is a journey, and we love to travel!
Why this initiative?
To educate the largest number of people about taste (easy for us, ladies of taste).
To promote French food heritage, (hooray).
To highlight the professions and associated skills (and why not inspire vocations, ladies?).
To allow the sharing of experiences around the pleasure of taste (tempting, isn’t it?).
We just give you the taste and next week, we’ll provide the shopping list, uh the crispy events planned in schools, universities …
