“Wine should bring pleasure. For me, the essence of a good wine is conviviality, gathering with friends,” says Antoine Barussaud, owner of Wilson’s wine cellar in Nice. This place has all the elements to help you discover good wines. In September 2009, Antoine Barussaud and his father acquired the Wilson cellar. As soon as you step through the door, the tone is set: wooden furniture and wine bottles adorn the stone walls, giving it a friendly and warm ambiance. You can find something to your liking starting at 12 euros among the 500 labels. The most requested wine is the gentle slopes of Château la Coste, but you can treat yourself to a bottle of Château Margaux from 1949 for the modest sum of 5000 euros!

To enhance the tastings, Wilson’s wine cellar offers different regional products like Bigorre black pork lentils, cassoulet, and stuffed chicken. Always in the festive spirit, you can participate in thematic evenings and particularly in jazz nights organized every Saturday. When you enter Wilson’s wine cellar, you step into Ali Baba’s cave to discover wines from around the world. The Wilson cellar is a partner of world wines. Feel free to come and taste wines from different horizons, but always in moderation.
