The FIFA Women’s World Cup™ trophy is touring France and the nine host cities of the competition. It will stop in Nice this Thursday and will be successively displayed at the school of Saint-Pierre-de-Féric and then at Rauba Capeu.
Created in 1998, the trophy, which measures 47 cm and weighs 4.6 kg, resembles a spiral of gold and bronze that envelops a ball.
As a reminder, Nice will host 6 matches of the Women’s World Cup, including a Round of 16 match scheduled for June 22 and the match for 3rd place scheduled for July 6.
