Latest News

Starting from this Tuesday, January 31, until Thursday, February 2, workshops called Writing for Everyone are being organized. Marc Oho Bambe is responsible for conducting these workshops.

The City of Nice is actively involved every day in spreading culture to the general public. Numerous initiatives have already proven successful (100% Culture in Schools, Youth Writing Contest, Nice Students’ Literary Prize, Orchestra in School, Reading, Writing and Theater for Everyone, etc.), promoting access to culture, art, and heritage from a young age, in an unlimited and permanent manner.

This first workshop of Writing for Everyone begins this Tuesday, January 31 at 1 PM at Lycée Magnan. Until February 2, it will be led by Marc Alexandre Oho Bambe, also known as Captain Alexandre. The exceptionally talented poet, slammer, and novelist will engage with the youth to instill in them the love of words, with finesse and sensitivity. The workshops will take place in numerous cultural establishments in Nice: the Camille Claudel Library, Parc Impérial Middle School, Risso, Ségurane, and of course Lycée Magnan.
